II. Protection of Personal Data and Information on Processing
The Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended, and other relevant legal regulations apply to natural persons who complete and submit the contact form to the Operator from the information website www.youlive.cz or other websites (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
The User acknowledges that by submitting the completed contact form, the processing of their Personal Data by the Operator begins.
If the User does not provide their Personal Data, the Operator is unable to provide information and/or services arising from the User's inquiry. Personal Data is necessary for the provision of a specific service or product offered by the Operator.
Personal Data will be processed for the duration of communication between the Operator and the User for the purpose of providing information and/or mediating real estate services and/or concluding a contract, as well as for the duration of the contractual relationship.
In the event of a contract being concluded, the Personal Data will be processed and stored for a period of 36 months to cover any potential disputes concerning the relationship between the Operator and the User, for the purpose of protecting the legitimate interests of the Operator. The Operator's legitimate interest is the proper and timely fulfillment of the contractual obligation agreed upon with the User and compliance with legal obligations arising from the contractual relationship.
To fulfill the legal obligation of archiving accounting documents under Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on Accounting, as amended, Personal Data will also be processed and stored for 5 years starting from the year following the conclusion of the contract between the Operator and the User.
Personal Data – phone number and email – will be processed for marketing and commercial communication purposes for 48 months after the User's inquiry, unless the User withdraws their consent at any time.
Upon the expiration of the periods referred to in Article II, paragraphs 4, 5, 6, and 7, the Operator shall destroy the Personal Data.
The User is obliged to provide only truthful and accurate Personal Data to the Operator.
The Operator will make every effort to prevent unauthorized processing of Personal Data.
Users' Personal Data will not be shared with any third parties, third countries, or international organizations.
Personal Data is and will be processed electronically in a non-automated manner.
The User acknowledges that their Personal Data is stored in data centers operated by Google LLC.
The User further acknowledges that cookies from Google LLC may be stored on their device.
III. User Rights Related to Processing
The User has the right to withdraw their consent (in cases where the processing of Personal Data is based on consent) at any time. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of Personal Data does not apply to the extent and for the purposes of fulfilling the Operator's legal obligations. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing based on the consent granted before its withdrawal. The withdrawal also does not affect the processing of Personal Data that the controller processes based on another legal basis (e.g., if processing is necessary for fulfilling a contract, legal obligations, or for other reasons stated in valid legal regulations).
The User also has the right to:
-
request access to their Personal Data from the Operator;
-
request correction of the provided Personal Data;
-
request deletion of the provided Personal Data;
-
request restriction of the processing of Personal Data; and
-
lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
If the User believes that the Operator is processing their Personal Data in a manner that is contrary to the protection of their private and personal life or in violation of applicable legal regulations, especially if the Personal Data is inaccurate with regard to the purpose of processing, they may:
-
request an explanation from the Operator by email at mail@youlive.cz;
-
object to the processing and request via email to mail@youlive.cz that the Operator rectify the situation (e.g., by blocking, correcting, supplementing, or destroying the Personal Data). The Operator will make a prompt decision on the objection and inform the User. If the Operator does not comply with the objection, the User has the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection directly. This provision does not affect the User's right to approach the Office directly with a complaint.
If the User requests information about the extent or manner of processing their Personal Data, the Operator is obliged to provide this information without undue delay, but no later than one month from the receipt of the request at mail@youlive.cz.
If the User exercises the right to access Personal Data in electronic form, the Operator will provide the requested information in electronic form, unless the User requests a different method.
The Operator is entitled, in the case of repeated and unfounded requests for physical copies of the processed Personal Data, to charge a reasonable fee for the administrative costs associated with such provision.
IV. Final Provisions
All legal relationships arising in connection with the processing of Personal Data shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, regardless of the location from which access was made. The competent courts of the Czech Republic shall resolve any disputes related to privacy protection between the User and the Operator.
Users who provide their Personal Data via the contact form for the purpose of receiving information and/or mediation of real estate services and/or concluding a contract with the Operator or give consent to the processing of Personal Data, do so voluntarily, on their own behalf, and their activity is not directed by the Operator in any way.
The Operator may amend or supplement the wording of these Principles. The Operator shall inform Users of any such changes by email at least 30 days prior to the changes taking effect.
These Principles become effective on 02.05.2025.
